I’m a transformation professional, behavioral change designer, writer, and lifelong learner who believes that technology is only valuable when it helps people grow, adapt, and connect.
Over the last several years, I’ve worked at the intersection of Salesforce transformation, organizational change, enablement, project management, and human-centered design. My work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex change by creating experiences, systems, and strategies that people can understand, adopt, and ultimately make their own. I enjoy translating complexity into clarity, aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, and turning ambitious ideas into meaningful outcomes.
Beyond my professional work, writing has always been one of my most important forms of expression. I’m an avid reader — a true book eater — and I spend much of my free time writing poetry, essays, articles, and reflections. My creative practice is deeply influenced by corporeal writing, particularly the work of Lidia Yuknavitch, exploring the relationship between memory, the body, language, and lived experience. I am also passionate about editorial work, knowledge creation, and the craft of shaping ideas into stories that resonate with others.
At the core of everything I do is a commitment to teaching and learning. Whether through writing, facilitating change, designing experiences, mentoring others, or publishing ideas, I am driven by the belief that knowledge becomes meaningful when it is shared. Every person, project, and conversation offers an opportunity to learn something new, and I strive to create spaces where others feel seen, valued, and empowered to contribute their own perspectives.
My philosophy is simple: learn from others, learn from yourself, and share what you discover along the way.
My work in digital transformation, behavioral science and service design lives in its own space: Consulting →.
